Mind Food – Meal of the Week

In Mind Food – Meal of the Week I will cover some interesting subject matter that I have come across at any point in time that I have yet to share with everyone here. That is to say, if I have experienced an awesome movie that day or ten years ago that made me think and challenged me to grow in a positive direction I will list and discuss it here.

Generally, the goal of this section is to present an idea/concept/challenge that will provide something for your mind to feed on. In keeping with my overall goals for this website I will try to add things that are upbeat and put a smile on your face, make you laugh, or get you jacked with energy to go out and do something to make the world a positive happy place!

Note however that there will be occasions where I present some mind food that may not be the most upbeat, but does lend itself to creative insight & growth for the reader.

I seek to enrich your life in multiple ways and one of them is to let you discover more about yourself and your potential with mental expansion through self-analysis. The filters for this kind of self-analysis comes from presenting you with new concepts and data that challenge you to think about how you can improve your life and the lives of the people you know and care about as a positive side-effect of your own pursuit of personal growth. As noted above I just want you to know that not all of these filters are of the happy-go-lucky variety, but will nonetheless inspire you to grow.
