Comments Policy
Policy regarding how comments should be posted will be addressed here.
One basic thing to point out is that I would appreciate comments left to be at least a few sentences. It can be somewhat flattering for people to leave any kind of positive comment however it doesn’t really contribute to the overall sense of community and interaction that can be attained if we communicate beyond ‘Good Post’, ‘Thumbs up’, ‘I like your post’, ‘Your post made me think…’, etc.
If that is how you feel – Great! – but take a few moments to expand on that thought and say why you think it’s a good post or how/what it made you think about. Enhance the effect of your thoughts by giving people something to relate to or that makes them think as well. Not only would I appreciate it but the people reading your comment will likely be moved also.
Now that of course isn’t everything I want to establish with this Comments Policy Page, but it is a basic understanding I want to put out there while I am still developing the wording of this page.
